                Mr. Kolb donated 30 acres to the Spartanburg Area Conservancy which became the

               North Tyger River Nature Preserve that includes banks of the North Tyger River,

               benches, foot bridges and hiking trails. 

                The Nature Preserve is about 400 feet from the dome.
